2. Enquiry Analysis
Our team carefully reviews your enquiry, ensuring we understand your requirements before proceeding.
3. Estimate
We send you a preliminary estimate, giving you an idea of costs before proceeding.
4. Site Visit
If you’re happy with the estimate, we arrange a site visit to take precise measurements and discuss the project in more detail.
5. Quotation
After the site visit, we provide a detailed, no-obligation final quote.
6. Deposit
Once you’re ready to proceed, a deposit secures your order, and we send you a confirmation email.
7. Manufacture
Your bespoke gates or railings are meticulously crafted in our Ingatestone workshop, ensuring the highest quality.
8. Finish
Choose from a range of protective and aesthetic finishes:
• Red oxide primer
• Primed & painted black
• Galvanised
• Galvanised & powder-coated
• Powder-coated only
9. Completion
Your custom ironwork is either expertly fitted by our team or delivered to your site if supply-only.
